About Zinc Bistro:
The Cafes of Paris have traditionally been called “Zincs”, the name being derived from the pewter bar counters which became a trademark of these establishments. The Zincs of Paris were regarded for their food and drink as well as being social gathering places. It is in this spirit that we welcome you to visit Cleveland’s first Zinc; Zinc Bistro-Bar-Bakery. Located in the vibrant Gateway District and East Fourth Street area, Zinc will serve Classic French and American Faire in a high energy atmosphere.
